The following service agreement outlines the Terms and Conditions in which our program is offered to the public. All members are responsible in making sure they have read and agreed to the following prior to registering.

You must be 18 years of age or older in order to participate in our program and must provide us with correct details upon registration. Details include correct name, email address and payment account information.
You agree to receive emails from us, including special offers, updates, account related issues, support issues and payment notifications.

Ad Pack purchases are considered as “advertising fees” NOT an investment nor a deposit. Any monies paid to you by MySurfAds is earned by you through the use of our services and is not interest. All Ad Pack purchases are non-refundable.

You understand that there is no guarantee of profits or earnings made through our website. MySurfAds also does not specify or guarantee and timeframe or length of the program.

We reserve the right to change our rates at any time during periods of slow growth or if we feel it necessary to ensure the longevity of our program.

All our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and may be discontinued due to outside events beyond our control. Such events may include legal, market, technological or other change. Under such circumstances, MySurfAds will not be held responsible for any damage or loss of monies incurred by any member.

We allow only one account per member. Any member found holding more than one account will have all their accounts terminated without notice and all earnings and referral commissions earned returned to MySurfAds.

Any account that remains inactive (no surfing) for more than 30 days will be deleted from our system and any referral commissions earned returned to MySurfAds.

As an upgraded member, you agree you must view ads every day in order to receive the full earnings. Any days you do not surf will not be credited. MySurfAds will not be responsible over lost earnings due to members not surfing on any given day due to their own actions.

Any member found spamming through the use of e-mail in which the contents relate to MySurfAds in any way may have all their accounts terminated without notice and all earnings and referral commissions earned returned to MySurfAds.

You agree that any sites you promote in our rotation will NOT have any of the following contents:
Pop-up windows, pop-in windows, downloads or redirects, viruses, trojans or malicious code, broken, under-construction, or slow-loading sites, personals, eroticism, religion, political, gothic, wicca, satanism, war games, adultery, violence and any sites that are deemed to be offensive or inappropriate.

Upgrades are active immediately after purchase.

When cashouts are made, your earned balance will be paid out to you….(cashouts and earnings are dependent on reserve funds of the program, and there is NO Guarantee of earnings.)

All cashout requests will be processed within 3-7 days unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to extend our cashout deadlines should we need to, in order to allow for a larger membership in the future.

You agree that at any time you choose to allow your referrer to contact you via email, your email address will become visible to them.

You agree to follow through with any incentive offers made to your potential downlines. If we receive any complaints that you are not completing your original offers to them, such referrals will be removed from your downline and may even lead to possible account termination.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion and/or according to new circumstances that may arise as a result of legal, market, technological or other change.

Every member also has the right to use our services to gain exposure for their own business, by buying advertising credits and having their website viewed and rated.

MySurfAds does not represent itself or claim to be anything other than an online advertising and marketing platform that provides advertisers a platform for members to advertise to other members/prospective members worldwide.

As a member you agree that MySurfAds has fulfilled their service to you in this regard, upon crediting your account with actual advertising credits and our acceptance of your submitted websites. It is YOUR responsibility to use these credits.

There are no refunds. Payments made to MySurfAds are considered advertising fees and/or membership fees, not investments or deposits of any kind. When you purchase ad packs or "upgrade" you are purchasing a PRODUCT....Advertising. Earnings paid out to customers are for the service of viewing other advertisers websites for the purpose of gaining exposure to their website.

MySurfAds or its admin, will not be held accountable for any unforeseen or uncontrollable events involving our reserve funds, member and or technical issues, and/or legislation. It may become necessary for the administration of this site to modify the business model or the site content at any time to ensure continued growth and sustainability. We reserve the right to make these changes without advance notice to our advertisers.

By accepting these terms you also indemnify MySurfAds and it’s admin of any liability resulting in a personal loss. Do not purchase any memberships with funds that you cannot afford, or afford to loose.

Even though we are planning for a long and prosperous relationship with our members, we cannot predict the future. If you feel the risk is too great for you to accept, you are more than welcome to join and advertise your web site without participating membership earnings. FREE Members will be allowed to add ONE site to rotation, and will be given an initial 100 credits, and may earn credits by viewing other members sites. If you want more exposure for your business website, you will need to purchase an advertising package that best suits your business needs.

Members are responsible for the security of their payment processor account. MySurfAds or its admin is not liable for payments made to compromised accounts.

Members are responsible for contacting MySurfAds admin and requesting a payment hold in the event their personal processor account is compromised.
