How do I earn cash?
To earn cash you must Purchase Advertising in the amount of at least $10 up to the maximum of $200. Once you purchase advertising, you will receive 100 advertising credits per $10 purchase. $100 purchase would be 1000 advertising credits. Then, you will need to login DAILY and view at least 15 sites from other advertisers for :15 seconds per view. You also receive credits for viewing other advertisers ads every day.

Do you offer a referral commission?
Yes, Currently at 2% for all Upgraded Members.

What forms of payment processors do you accept?
Currently we accept AlertPay, Liberty Reserve, SolidTrustPay and e-gold.

Are there any processing fees for deposits or withdrawals?
Currently there is a 3% Deposit Processor fee. 

How much is each Advertising Unit?
Ad packs start at $10 and you receive 100 advertising credits with that purchase.

Is there a limit to how much advertising I can purchase?
Yes. The maximum purchase is limited to $200 for the 120 Plan.

Is there a 50/50 rule in place?
Currently we have NO 50/50 Rule in place for withdrawals.

What Payment Processor Do You Pay Rebates Out To?
We only pay to the processor/account you upgraded with.

Am I allowed to open more than one account?
No. We only allow 1 account per member.

Can members of my family open an account?
Yes. We allow more than one account per computer provided they do not refer each other.

How do I request a cashout?
Cashouts are automatically generated at Ad-Pack expiration, and you will be paid the following within 3-7 days. Earnings from any currently active upgrades will remain in your cash balance and will be paid upon that particular ad pack expiration.

When will I be paid?
We process your payments within 3-7 days.

Why can't I change my account details?
For security reasons you are not able to change payment account number/ID within your members area. We only pay to the accounts used to upgrade with. Email addresses and processor information can only be changed via submitting a ticket in the Members Area.

Can Free Members cashout?
No. Free Members cannot earn or cashout from MySurfAds.

What are credits? How do I get them?
Credits allow other members to view your ads that you have in rotation. The more credits you have will result in your ads being seen more often. The number of credits you receive, depend on your advertising purchase, 100 Credits per $10 Purchase.
